Giuliana Toscani received a Bachelor degree from the Florida International University in Psychology. For 10 years, she served as Senior Operational Analyst for Publicis Global Delivery optimizing complex workflows involving many multinational customers and stakeholders. Giuliana also served as a Customer Satisfaction manager for Hellman WorldWide Logistics for 6 years where she optimized operational efficiency by analyzing and streamlining processes with one goal in mind: Customer Satisfaction!

Finally she joined Gustavo Venegas to create Just Right Renovations to provide top quality renovation services with one goal in mind: Customer Satisfaction!

Gustavo has over 20 years of experience throughout the construction industry, he is passionate about building and improving the most cherished asset of anyone’s life: their home.

He began his career in the trades as remodeler in his home state of Virginia and has worn many hats; as a carpenter, framer, commercial painter, solar panel technician, among other roles before starting a handyman business in 2011. This handyman business evolved into an established remodeling business servicing dozens of clients.

While he greatly enjoyed his time running his business, he is thrilled to be a part of the Just Right Renovations team. As Delivery Director, he ensures each project is technically right, properly installed and delivered on time. 

He is a proud father to an amazing 3 year old daughter and spends most of my free time with his wife and daughter. He is a weight lifter and an avid advocate of health and fitness.
